Nokota Heart tells the story of the maverick life and loves of Vietnam vet turned North Dakota horse rancher Leo Kuntz and his fight to save the equine legacy of Sitting Bull's horses. Scored by composer Patrick O'Hearn and featuring a whole host of songs (Bluegrass, Gospel, 70's folk rock, classical, chamber, Motown Blues) this is an Old West tale staggering through contemporary times, a collision of the mystic and modern economy , the bedrock of dreams and the damning of reality.
