Pavlikeni Social Club - 1884

Chitalishe is a unic bulgarian form, a kind of Social Club with a Library, a Brass-band and string Orchestra. With modern stage, art-center and a folk song and dance company. From 1884 to pesent-day.

На 15 декември 1891 година дружество "Ройче" на Общото си събрание се преименува в читалище "Братство", а през 1911 г. читалището приема нов Устав, съобразен с новоучредения Съюз на читалищата. В своята народополезна дейност читалището е намирало подкрепата на цялото гражданство.
Всяко поколение има свой принос в развитието на читалищното дело. Всяко време има своите приоритети. От създаването на първия библиотечен фонд, театралните и оперетните спектакли, танцовите състави, многобройните оркестри и формации за школувано и народно пеене, детската школа по изкуствата, организирането на битови вечери и литературни срещи, неделните концерти на духовата музика в градската градина до компютърната зала и младежкия културно-информационен център. Всяко нещо – с времето си.
